This Scalloped Pie Dish is hand-formed from white clay and baked at 2,246 degrees, which makes it extremely durable and non-porous. It can literally go from the oven to the table to the dishwasher. This pottery piece is hand-made and signed by the artist in Zaklady Ceramiczne - the oldest factory in Boleslawiec, Poland (formerly Bunzlauer) and marked Unikat (unique), which makes it even more valuable! The Pie Dish is good for baking and serving pie, tart, or quiche. It serves well as an hors d'oeuvre plate and looks great as a display plate. This piece of highly collectible Polish pottery from Boleslawiec with its unique shape and vibrant colors, decorated with little white flowers with red centers on a dark blue background makes a very desirable gift!
